Henning Ahrens

Henning Ahrens, born in Lower Saxony in 1964, lives in Frankfurt as a writer and translator. He has translated the works of Jonathan Safran Foer, Colson Whitehead, Meg Wolitzer, and Richard Powers, among others, into German. He has received several awards for his literary work. In 2015, he published Glantz and Gloria. Ein Trip, which was honored with the Bremer Literaturpreis. 2021 saw the publication of his novel Mitgift.
